As I transition into the next phase of my life and career I aim to use these transferable skills I’ve developed to create a positive impact on people. As my family continues to grow I strive to show my children that creating genuine relationships and working hard to figure out what our purpose is in life is, is a fight that we are all fighting together. For my wife and I that purpose is helping people.
WITH OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE TECHNOLOGY, ENTERTAINMENT AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRIES, I AM A PERSON WITH AN EXTREME PASSION FIRST OF ALL FOR PEOPLE, BUT SECONDLY FOR TECHNOLOGY AND SPREADING INFORMATION. I SPENT THE LAST 10 YEARS WORKING FOR APPLE RETAIL AS A “GENIUS” TECHNICIAN, “CREATIVE PRO” TEACHER AND INSTRUCTOR AND A TEAM MANAGER. SOME OF THE TASKS I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLUDED:
1. -Providing insightful advice and friendly, hands-
on technical support to Apple customers as well as hardware and software support including physical repairs on over 500 iPhone, iPad and MacBook units, 2. -Facilitating group sessions to help customer “get started and go further” with their products to be able to take full advantage of the devices in their ecosystem,
3. -Overseeing sales and logistics projects for various products and services, creating and executing innovative strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth,
4. -Thriving in collaboration, communication, and diversity, and striving to empower and support my team members to reach their full potential and deliver high-quality results.
